1. About the Service

The Service provides AI-assisted, customizable networking scripts and bilingual follow-up templates (collectively, “Outputs”). Depending on your subscription, you may also receive related tools, guidance, and integrations.

You are responsible for using the Service in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

2. What the AI Does (and Does Not Do)

AI-generated Outputs: We may generate or customize scripts and bilingual follow-up templates based on inputs you provide and settings you choose.

No guarantees: The Service does not guarantee any particular outcome, performance, business result, or success. You should not rely on Outputs as the sole basis for decisions.

No endorsements: Outputs do not constitute endorsements, legal advice, professional advice, or recommendations of any person, product, service, or vendor.

Verification: You must review Outputs for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance before use.

3. Your Account and Access

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is unauthorized use, security risk, or a violation of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, bypass access controls, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
• Infringe others’ rights or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Use Outputs to generate spam or to send prohibited or misleading messages.

If you send specified promotional/marketing emails, you must comply with Japan’s sender identification and transmission obligations under Act on Regulation of Transmission of Specified Electronic Mail.

5. Subscription, Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation

Billing and subscription details (including pricing, billing cycles, and included features) are provided at or before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically for the same period as the initial term.

Cancellation: You can cancel according to the instructions shown in your account or the checkout flow. Cancellation generally stops renewal for future periods, subject to the terms displayed at purchase. Amounts paid are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

6. Data, Privacy, and Transparency

We process information about you and your use of the Service to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. Where the landing page collects personal information and related identifiers (such as cookie/device identifiers that can qualify as personal-related information), we handle it under Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

AI-generated personalization and any integrations may involve processing of information you provide and settings you choose. Please review our Privacy Policy for details about purposes, disclosures, retention, and your choices.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including the technology and underlying materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, you may use Outputs for your internal business purposes and communications, provided you comply with applicable law and do not infringe third-party rights. You remain responsible for your use of Outputs.

8. Contract-Required Disclosures (Specified Continuous Services)

If your SaaS subscription is treated as a “Specified Continuous Services” offer under Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, you will be provided contract-required disclosure documents/matters on the website and/or at contract timing as required.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
• We do not warrant that the Service or Outputs will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
• We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms and fail to cure within a reasonable time. You may stop using the Service at any time, subject to subscription cancellation terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect when changes were made. Continued use of the Service after updates becomes subject to the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts with jurisdiction over the Company’s location, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
